My first logo attempts were purely typographic as I was still defining the brand's direction. A pivotal moment came when I decided the brand needed a personality, not just a name. Aiming for the kind of memorability that characters like Ronald McDonald achieve, I designed the very first iteration of our mascot: Mr. 3xtra.

I knew the first version of Mr. 3xtra wasn't quite right; the chef-like appearance felt generic and didn't capture the brand's spirit. This dissatisfaction sparked a period of creative evolution. It took a few attempts, but through that process of sketching and redefining, the true Mr. 3xtra finally emerged—with a friendly face I knew people could not only recognize, but truly fall in love with.
